Kadamtala H.S. school is one of the most earliest and deemed schools in North Tripura District, started its journey in 1949. It is located at kadamtala, a town in North Tripura, next to Dharmanagar- Churaibari Road. It is a Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) affiliated Government school. The school offers courses from the 1^st standard to 12th standard. The institution is dedicated to the cause of developing and empowering pupils of this state and the region by imparting quality education in the field of Arts, Science and Commerce. It also offers Vocational Courses. The school has taken the responsibility to protect and conserve environment and promote the enviable heritage of the state through the activities of NSS and SPC. The school has produced many high ranking Officials, essay writer for hire, Sportsmen, Teachers, prominent Social Workers , Doctors , Engineers, Etc..

Since  its inception the school is having a dignified presence in the educational map of Tripura.
